Accu Die & Mold

Accu-Die & Mold manufactures high quality die cast tooling for a variety of markets. The company provides a full menu of services including engineering, design, construction and inspection of aluminum and magnesium die cast dies. This project includes the construction of a 4,000 SF storage facility/garage which will provide additional space as the company prepares for future growth and expansion. Cornerstone Alliance adminstered their tax abatement with the Lake Charter Township for an investment of $220,000, retaining 46 jobs, no new jobs.

DeGroot

Assisted De Groot with two expansions projects in 2014 and 2018 that led to a 130,000 SF expansion of their processing/storage facility in Coloma, MI. DeGroot is a Wholesale Nursery Plants and flowerbulbs - for growing, processing, packaging, and shipping, including a cooler due to growing of new business in US. Total investment of $4 mil with creation of 9 full time positions and 35 seasonal.

Dicastal Logistics Group

Supported DLG in their purchase of a 423,000 SF facility. DLG invested $7.5M in the purchase and upgrades to the warehouse, distribution and logistics center that created 100 jobs in Hagar Township.

Dura Mold

Dura Mold manufactures plastic injection molds and die cast dies, both prototype and production tools. The company is building an 8,000SF addition to their existing facility. This will allow the company to service their increase in production. $1.4 mil investment, 7 jobs.

Falcon Lakeside Manufacturing

Falcon Lakeside Manufacturing announced it has purchased a second manufacturing facility in Pipestone Township. The design development and manufacturing die casting company serving the automotive, heavy truck and electronic industries invested $1.8 million and is creating 27 new jobs. The 15,000 square foot facility will accommodate the equipment and workforce Falcon Lakeside needs to answer the demand from new and existing customers.

$7.7M renovation a facility labs, office and employee space adding 30 new jobs

Coordinated solutions with the Berrien County drain commisioner for JR Automation's $1.9M expansion project, helping create 60 new jobs

Kay Manufacturing

Recruited Kay from Illinois bringing 80 jobs and $9M investement to Saint Joseph Charter Township

Administrated the tax abatement $19 million investment in a new 64,000 square foot applications laboratory and customer demonstration facility

Pero Family Farms

Managed the Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate for Pero's food processing facility expansion, $ 4.9 million in expansion and acquiring new equipment, creating 74 new jobs in 2015. Expanded again in 2016, 8,320 SF with an investment of $1.2 mil with no jobs.

Vickers Engineering

Coordinated with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) to award Vickers $160,000 for a Michigan Business Development Program performance-based grant for their investment of $5.1 million in capital equipment and building improvements and creation of 53 jobs. Vickers Engineering, Inc., a precision machining and prototyping business for the automotive, energy and consumer product sectors, announced today the renovation of their facility in New Troy, Michigan. The Vickers Engineering project includes an investment of $5.1 million in capital equipment and building improvements, and will create 53 jobs.

Whirlpool Kindercare Daycare Facility

New construction of a 20,580 SF daycare facility for children of Whirlpool’s Benton Harbor area employees who support Whirlpool appliance design and manufacturing worldwide. $ 7,947,685.00 investment and 39 new jobs.

Whirlpool Saint Joseph Tech Center

This project is an expansion of the technology center to include state-of-art R&D labs, new workforce environment, connectivity of buildings and restoration of existing offices. Whirlpool Corporation expects to retain between 550 and 700 jobs at the St. Joseph Tech Center. $25,000,000 and no new jobs.
