BENTON HARBOR — Michael Paulinski had spent his whole life in Minnesota before moving to Southwest Michigan in late November.
Paulinski moved to Stevensville after his wife accepted a position at Whirlpool Corp. and was on the look out for a job in the area for himself.
“She told me it was a similar climate, but with a milder winter and less traffic,” Paulinski said. “It sounded like a place we would fit in.”
