Cathy Tilley is the Director of Business Development and works with the Cornerstone Alliance Business Development Team. Cathy connects with businesses in Michigan’s Great Southwest with their retention and expansion initiatives, identifying opportunities and available resources to help them grow and prosper in the community.

Cathy also assists with the attraction efforts to bring new companies and investment to the area by responding to requests for proposals, networking with site consultants, organizing site tours, and presenting our community on behalf of SW Michigan.

Originally from Canada, Cathy has been lived in the area for over 20 years. She has a strong background in sales and marketing working in Fortune 500 companies in the United States, Canada and in Europe.

Cathy lives in Coloma, MI with her two sons.
