Jillian Nadolski joined Cornerstone Alliance in 2023 as a Business Development Coordinator. In her role, Jillian is responsible for supporting the work of the Business Development Team. This includes implementing business development strategies to increase the economic viability of Berrien County by helping attract new businesses, facilitating enterprise development, and assisting existing businesses with expansion plans as well as troubleshooting business challenges. 

Jillian is a Preservationist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). She was born and raised in St. Joseph, Michigan.
