Vail Harding

Vail Harding is the President and CEO of Vail Rubber Works, Inc. Prior to serving as President/CEO, Vail held positions in Sales, Engineering, and Operations.

Vail currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Kinexus Group as well as two of its subsidiaries. Vail is Chairman of the Rubber Roller Group, a trade association focused the commercial and technical issues within the roller industry.  

Vail is a graduate of Grand Valley State University. He resides in St. Joe with his wife Jackie and two children – Connor and Cameron. In his spare time, Vail enjoys golfing, reading, and traveling with his family.
