Welcome to Michigan's Great Southwest

Cornerstone Alliance is a non-profit, investor-driven, economic development organization dedicated to tax and job base creation in the communities that comprise Northern Berrien County in the lower corner of Southwest Michigan. The organization partners with local units of government and other economic development organizations such as the Michigan Economic Development Corporation to facilitate location and expansion projects.

Our purpose is to facilitate change through partnerships to enhance the quality of life enjoyed by all by creating jobs and improving the tax base. Services provided include site location assistance and customized research for business prospects considering our service area. Cornerstone Alliance serves as a single point of contact for companies, site selection consultants and corporate real estate executives.
