Cornerstone Alliance is seeking a proven developer/builder to plan, design, finance, construct, and market an industrial spec building for the purpose of attracting a new manufacturer to Berrien County.

Cornerstone Alliance seeks a partner with demonstrated experience developing industrial spec buildings. Those interested can find the Request for Proposal here.

If your firm is interested, please submit your technical proposal and cost proposals.  The cost proposal must be submitted as a separate attachment.

Your proposal must include and will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Past Performance including timeliness, quality of work and backlog of pending projects.
  • Past Experience, including past development of spec building projects.
  • Proposed development team with their proposed level of engagement and qualifications.
  • Proposed construction schedule.
  • Proposed Cost.

A Project summary overview session (not mandatory) will be held on Tuesday, April 16th, at Cornerstone Alliance’s corporate office located at 80 West Main Street, Benton Harbor, beginning at 8:30 AM, for the purpose of answering any questions you may have regarding this opportunity. This RFP in no way obligates Cornerstone Alliance to award a contract, nor does it commit Cornerstone Alliance to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposal.
