Laura graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Employment Relations. She has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources. She has held leadership roles in Organizational Change Management, HR Business Partnership, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Effectiveness.  

Laura has also been active in the community through local nonprofits and government. She’s a passionate Climate Reality Leader and social justice advocate working on Sustainability and Equity issues for the City of St. Joseph. She served on the Boards of the Box Factory for the Arts as well as Safe Shelter, a local domestic violence shelter for women and children.
