Benchmarking Study

The Seventh Edition of the Benton Harbor Area Benchmarking Study was conducted in September 2003 by the W.E. Upjohn Institute. The study takes a comparison analysis approach that contrasts the Michigan's Great Southwest area's performance and conditions with a set of similar metropolitan areas throughout the U.S.
